How does the lease-to-own model work?
You pay 50% as an advance and the remaining 50% in 11 equal monthly installments. After the 10-year lease term concludes, full ownership transfers to you.
Can I exit before the 10-year term?
Yes. Early exit options are built into the agreement. Transfer your lease to another buyer or work with us on a buyback arrangement.
What happens after the lease ends?
Full ownership transfers to you. The chalet is yours — keep using it, rent it out, or sell it. You can also extend the lease if that better suits your needs.
Can I relocate my chalet?
Yes. Our prefabricated construction means chalets can be relocated. Flexibility is part of the design.
How does the rental program work?
We manage everything — bookings, guest services, cleaning, and maintenance. You receive a fixed monthly rental income with no commission deducted. Your chalet earns even when you are not there.
What is included in the purchase price?
Your fully constructed, finished chalet delivered to its plot at Monteluce. All interiors, fixtures, and fittings are included. The land lease, amenity access, and Monteluce Club membership are part of the package.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The figures you see are the figures you pay. We believe in complete transparency from the first conversation to the final payment.
What about maintenance?
We handle routine maintenance and upkeep of the property grounds. Your chalet interior is yours to maintain, but structural and external maintenance is covered by the resort.
Can overseas Pakistanis invest?
Absolutely. We have a streamlined process for overseas investors. Documentation, payments, and ownership transfer are all designed to work remotely. Your chalet earns rental income while you are abroad.
What documents do I receive?
You receive a comprehensive lease agreement, payment schedule, ownership transfer documentation, and all relevant property papers. Everything is legally registered and transparent.
